RAN Online Fan Art [6]

Escaped Bugger
All those buggers who have escaped the fate of total wipe out of items and gold must have been this much happy. But to all of us who are now suffering the aftermath of their doings are now teared up. What the hell could you buy now in the market with your honest 160 million gold?! While their gold is just trimmed down to flat 1 billion.

Blurry..
Just finished drawing another RAN Online fan art.. haven't scanned it yet, hopefully tomorrow I can post it. I am supposed to add background characters on it, but felt so tired already, and my eyes are starting to blur and weary.. so I just did it quick.
I think I need an eyeglass. My eyes can no longer stand long drawing sessions.. T_T
Maybe I just need some rest. Always have lack of sleep, and always infront of the monitor. My eyes need some rest too.

my Ikariam
Been playing Ikariam for 50 days now.. My capital is still at level 14, but with 3 colonies already and complete with the 4 resources (wine, marble, crystal and sulfur).
It's a browser game, no software to download. So you can play the game anywhere. I play it at home or at work. Since it does not need lots of time to check on your town and attend to your people's need. Five minutes is good enough. I usually check it twice or thrice a day. Except for low level towns and buildings in where upgrading time is not that long it only takes some minutes to finish. That's where you always have to check on it. At later levels, upgrading takes about several hours and days, and you can only train units and build one thing at a time. It’s perfect for quick bursts of play. A filler to my day.
The planning on ahead on what building to upgrade, what field to research.. searching for targets.. is what made the game so addicting for me. And as I see it, there's no end for this game.. you keep on growing and growing. There's no game reset. So it's for keeping.
The only problem is, when I'm at home I always check on my account even when I literally know there's nothing to do in the game anymore.. I keep wanting to play it like the usual games I usually play (MMOs) -- there's so much to be done in-game like leveling, hunting, dueling and stuffs. But I like it that way, it makes me more crave for it.
Check out Ikariam, you might be surprised at how addicting and relatively complex it is. I'm Jenelyn currently playing in Alpha server living in a town named - Whiskey Peak. I'll be waiting for you to contact me, just don't attack me! :P

Quiet, Alone and Silent
Made this months ago..
Still with no nose and with small mouth.
---
I'd rather keep my thoughts
than talking nonsense with others..
I'd rather have a silent house
than spitting lies about others..
I'd rather choose to bow
than be shamed by falsehoods.
---- from Doc Tess. / nakit-an, naka-relate ko..
So, I'd rather be alone
than to be with these kind of people.

Too Much Online Life
If I haven't went to my mama's store today to buy some stuff I wouldn't know that today is the celebration for the Sinulog festival, one of the grandest and most colorful festivals here in the Philippines. It is held every third Sunday of January in Cebu City, in honor of the child Jesus known as Santo NiƱo -- the patron of the city of Cebu.
I've been missing a lot for the past years. I have no idea of what's happening in and outside the country, even in our very own island.. Well, as I have said before I really don't care.. as long as it's not the end of the world.. knowing everyone I know is doin' good, then it's fine with me.
But yesterday bb and I talked about some things we've been doing and wanted for the past 3 years.. Our gaming world is at its peak, and we have accomplished so much from our favorite online game - RAN Online PH.. but now it's all ruined because of the unsolved gold bug problem. Aside from that, we have a big problem with our internet connection. We also earn so much from the online work we are into, but the hours spent on these are no longer worthy. I admit it was really fun especially when you love the game.. and when you are earning much compared to your regular work. But the game is very addicting and time consuming. Always lack of sleep and family time.. though the bonding is still there because we both play and work, but the bond is no longer that strong. We are missing so much from our real lives. We do miss a lot of things in our offline lives.. the things we usually do before. (how I miss the constant cuddles and hugs *he-he!*)
So, we've decided to have our internet connection cut-off. Since it is no longer giving us quality service, and I guess it already has served us its purpose -- to have us realize the importance of time and that Globelines Broadband really sucks!! This time, an additional 1k goes to savings!
And to have an internet connection back when we're already back in our hawsy in Carcar. I'm looking forward for that day, with 2 options: SmartBRO or PLDT MyDSL?
Our talk really made me home sick.. 1 more year to go!
I guess it's goodbye online world then.. But that does not mean I will no longer be a homegirl and that I will no longer be blogging.. I still love the comfort of staying at home and I would still be facing computers with an internet connection every working day at the office. So it would be insert-this-and-that-when-I'm-free! hehehe!

This blogsite is the only remaining site I am updating, I no longer have a friendster account and my deviantart is no longer active, I'm just keeping it. Other social networking sites that I have join in were already deleted and others are inactive. It's better this way, All-in-One! But that doesn't really matter to you, doesn't it? But it does to me! Hehehe!

About: lite 'n bablih
..is a personal website maintained and owned by bablih
I started blogging since 2002. But my previous site (http://kylih.cjb.net -- version714:: The Birth of A New Beginning) was already deleted due to long inactivity. All that remains are the previous posts which is hosted by pitas.com. Last March 2007 i then created lite 'n bablih out of boredom as my comeback blog.. and which, so far, has no end in mind yet.. It is previously hosted at blogdrive. Previous titles were bablih.online then changed to ~blue hail and lastly as Silent Shades of Blue. February 8, 2008 - I then transferred everything here @ blogger.
The things I write here were true to me the moment they were written. They may no longer hold true tomorrow, depending on how life changes me, and what new experiences teach me. I am a work of progress and nothing I put out today is absolute. My posts were mostly randoms and about the online games I love to play. I don't post regularly. Well, everything depends on my mood. But the main reason is - I don't have much to share.. In short, I suck in writing. *hehehe* But I always change my layout, and I really mean always! <-- That's where I'm good at. I'm a designer wannabe! Though I don't make designs and layouts for others.. except for two persons -- mah bb & baby! *hahaha!* (I do wanna make free layouts for others.. I registered at blogskin.com days ago, but still don't know what to share.)
Nobody force you to visit my site and read anything I have to say.. I simply ask you to be responsible on what you have to say. Disagreement is welcome but malice is not (good people know the difference). Discussion and agreement are always welcome. So, if you have nothing good to say, better keep it to yourself or better put it somewhere else.
Thanks for passing by.. ^_^

Hello 2009
I found this site -- FACE YOUR MANGA, inwhere you can create a cartoon version of yourself.. an avatar maker for short..
I already found many people using this in forums and in many social networking sites. So, I give myself a shot yesterday.. I can't find similar to my eyes, my eyebrows, or my hair.. hehehe! But I surely did find my alter-ego.. :P
Another year, but same old me.. nothing's change.. :)
